Where did you get the grade a ball joints.. i have a 64 imperial with a 6.2 diesel in it and one with a 400 chevy in it built identical (to the nuts) except i didn't weld all that sheet metal together like you but did plate the frame a bit. everyone is using 67+ sub frames under everything and claim they will lunch a box car easy.. kinda scary but i dunno.. i had drive line trouble on first run, but second dunno what my trouble will be:) Attachments:

yep that is a 6.2 diesel.. crazy i know.. but it has oil cooler and never quits running.. although u need good drive like for 400 pounds of torque. Attachments:
