For right now I have this one covering all years but if we start to get a need to break it down by year I will. WK I want to see at least one post from you in here. Since you and the '74 caddy seem to have become friends.

depending on weather or not ure aloud leafing , leaf spring it springs upside down with solid shocks, weld everywhere ure aloud , drop solid on the frame my opinion notch behind springs, chevy drivetrain, or mopar , weld suspension solid , or change coil springs to big block springs, hope this helps 753 ;D

all gms if u can leaf i would leaf them expecially caddys, but if u cant. tuck and notch pretty good and use the front more than anything. swap bumpers nomatter what year. definatly use a chevy drive train.

74,5,6, caddys change in front of aframes front clip to a 74,5,6 impala and there bad to the bone they got like a doubled frame at the feet which runs back to the crossmember 4 it to sit on i loveem hope this helps 753 ;D

even the pre-70 caddies are tough, swap the front bumper, scorpion tail the rear

i have never ran a pre 70 caddy, but w/ all i have seen i would really like to build one some day.
