I have run a 76 and a 74 the 74 was more stout in the front than the 76 was .

Ive never run one but from what ive seen you should always leaf these cars, I have seen so many fold to the ground when they are not leafed or notched real good.

You must have seen 77 and newer because the ones I had both went up without help. I know the newer ones need a notch.

Even with the 77 and up models , if done correctly will roll nicely . Infact , I'd go nose to nose with any prime GM with an 83 caddy any day .

Yea out of the new gm bodies I will agree the front is the strongest on the caddies with a bumper swap.

All the 77+ Gm's are great in the nose with a bumper swap. And I agree the Caddy's nose is a little bit tougher yet.

all the caddys remind me of the mopars. tough front end, w/ a rear that needs some work.

all caddy rears are tough if u do some work to them.

the fronts are awesome on a 74 fleetwood the very front foot of frame needs some work take a 73 to 76 impala it will slide right over it then its hard if ure aloud 753 ;D
