4 door how good is it?? i can get it pretty cheap has a 472 in it...... i was thinkin put a good 74-76 bumper on the front and rear, notch it, weld my 83/4 rear under it, and go have some fun with the car, or is this car worth building and try to win money with? ;D

From what I've seen Chris, they do pretty well. Putting a shock bumper on it, should help a bit. I can't remember what site I saw it on(think it was the IDDA), but someone had some good pictures of one. Not sure about the engine. Try it, and if it doesn't work, pull it, and drop in a 318. And I bet you'll have fun with it, making money.LOL

Well, what do you run against? But if you can do the engine switch, and the other stuff, I would think it would do pretty good. If nothing else, you could run it stock, and put a hurting on some cars. Maybe even win with it. But most likely only one run.

well the derbies let u run just about any car, but most people run 80s fords, and there's at least one or 2 74-76 gms there and maybe a y-framer or 2 maybe a shocker, rarely an imperial like mine, i was thinkin take it, and put a friend in it to help me out, or put a really really close friend in my imperial, and i run the caddy to take heat off the imperial, go balls to the walls and destroy everything with it lol "the caddy of course" i wouldn't destroy my baby like that "the imp"

most of the cars that run around here are WWAAAYYY underbuilt, "well they are compared to mine" i saw a similar car ran once it did pretty good but the guy didn't trim the bumper ends, and his bumper was on his front tires, and he couldn't hardly move
