Lets hear what was the oldest and newest truck you've built and/or driven in a derby. I've never done one, but I think a old IH would be a good bet. What with the full frames, etc.

1984 Chevy Suburban. Only truck I have ever bought to demo. It is stripped but not built yet. I will let you know how it turns out.

Looks like it has a few rust spots. But I guess that happens alot, up there. It'll be fun, to see how it comes out.

It has one hole in that door but frame and main structure is spotless. Plus was a heavy duty tow package with diesel. So when I get done working it over it should be good. The rest of the rust is light surface other than the hole in that door. I have a car bumper for the front and plan on working the springs and dropping a SBC and a turbo 400 in it.

oldest was a 71 or 72 f150 2wd in the middle- 1980 f150 2wd newest was 83 f150 2wd
