Well, I don't do truck derbys. But from everything I've heard, around here, the 60's and early 70's Fords are the way to go. But I'd love to see a old "Cornbinder" IH run. They made some of the best frames around. Boxed from the factory.

People give away fords because there junk. Chevy is the only way to go. There everywhere, easy to build, best drivetrain, and great on the track.

any 4x4 with the rear driveshaft removed(front wheel drive) makes trucks back up violently. the back end can be completely destroyed but can still manuver quite well. plus you have a choice between using high or low range! we did a 1960 ford drove off the track but had fun loading it. i prefer ford body ,more metal
