Best 80's or newer car choice

The derby I run in is requiring all cars be 1980 or newer for next year's event. What would be my best choice? Mid 80's Crown Victoria or?? Was thinking either the Crown vic or early 80's Caprice. Motor swaps are allowed so is my best choice a 350 Chevy or Mopar power? Thanks

Crown Vic . But look for the the ones that's been straightened out on the nose . Most others are pre-snooted from the factory and that'll be an issue unless you can reset them before a derby .
